Individuals affected by vitiligo may have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials, potentially gaining access to innovative treatments.

According to Innovaderm, a research organization specializing

in dermatology, eligible candidates must meet specific criteria. These include being 18 years or older and having a confirmed diagnosis of non segmental vitiligo—characterized

by depigmentation on both sides of the body—for at least three months. Participants should also have vitiligo covering 4% to 60% of their body surface and more than 0.5% of their face.

The trial requires commitment, with participants expected to attend up to 17 visits over a 26-month period. Compensation for time and travel may be available.

Vitiligo, a chronic skin condition resulting in the loss of pigment-producing cells, affects millions worldwide. While various treatment options exist, clinical trials play a crucial role in advancing medical research and offering potential breakthroughs for those seeking effective solutions.

Interested individuals can register for the trial by scanning the QR code provided or by contacting Innovaderm at 514-521-3111 for more details.
